Welcome to the Znalica app. These Terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the app.

By using the app you confirm that you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

• App: the Znalica mobile app and related features.
• User: a person who uses the app.
• Account: a user profile created through a supported sign-in method.

2. Account terms

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account data and for keeping your sign-in details secure.
• Impersonation, unauthorized access to someone else's account, and any abuse of the system are prohibited.
• We may restrict or close an account that breaks these Terms or applicable law.

3. Game rules and fair use

• The app offers solo and online (PvP) play.
• You must not use scripts, bots, reverse engineering, time manipulation, or other methods that undermine fair play.
• If we suspect abuse, we may take technical and administrative measures (for example limiting features, a reset, or suspending the account).

4. Virtual coins, points, and the leaderboard

• Coins, points, and statistics in the app are virtual values inside the service.
• They have no cash value outside the app and cannot be exchanged for money, unless we explicitly say otherwise.
• If there is a technical error or abuse, we may correct balances in order to keep the system fair.

5. Availability

• We try to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
• There may be interruptions for maintenance, updates, or infrastructure problems.

6. Intellectual property

• All app content (code, design, text, graphics, audio, branding) is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
• Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use of the content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

• The app is provided “as is” and “as available”.
• To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of data, or business interruption that may result from using the app.

8. Privacy and data

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy policy. By using the app you confirm that you are familiar with the Privacy policy.

9. Account deletion

You can delete the account directly in the app (Settings → Delete account). For help deleting data, contact us at noreak.digital@gmail.com.

Deletion is carried out in line with the Privacy policy and applicable legal obligations.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these Terms at any time. The updated version applies from the moment it is published in the app or on the official website.

11. Governing law
