This Privacy policy explains how the Znalica app collects, uses, stores, and protects player data.

By using the app you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy policy.

1. Who controls the data

The data controller is Noreak Digital (Nenad Dimitrijevic). For privacy questions, contact us at noreak.digital@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the app, we may process the following categories of data:

• Account data: user ID (UID), email address (for email/password sign-in), display name.
• Game data: quiz round results, points/coins earned, daily play limits, match history.
• Online PvP data: match data, progress per question, match status, final result.
• In-app purchases: coin pack identifiers and transaction tokens needed to credit coins to the account (Google Play Billing / Apple StoreKit).
• Settings data: in-app preferences (for example sound/music and local settings).
• Ads: advertising device identifier (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android) if you give consent, and data about ad views and interactions. We use Google AdMob and AppLovin. On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) dialog is shown before personalized ads.
• Analytics and crashes: Firebase Analytics (usage events) and Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports).
• Push notifications: device token (FCM / APNs) so we can send notifications about duels and system messages.
• Technical data: basic diagnostic logs and errors, for app stability and security.

3. Why we process data

We process data in order to:

• create and maintain your account,
• let you play the quiz and online matches,
• save progress and coin balance, including delivery of purchased packs,
• show the leaderboard and result statistics,
• show ads (including personalized ads when you consent),
• send push notifications,
• prevent abuse and protect fair play,
• improve the app's features, security, and performance.

4. Legal basis

We process data on the basis of:

• performance of a contract (providing the app's features),
• legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, diagnostics),
• your consent where it applies (for example personalized ads, ATT on iOS, optional features).

5. Where and how data is stored

Data is stored in the cloud infrastructure that supports the app (for example Firebase/Firestore and related services).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Sharing data

We do not sell your personal data.

Data may be available to:

• providers of the technical infrastructure needed to run the app (for example Google Firebase, Google AdMob, AppLovin, Apple),
• competent authorities when the law requires it,
• other players only to the extent needed for game features (for example showing a name or result in PvP and leaderboard views).

7. How long we keep data

We keep data while the account is active and for as long as it is needed to run the app, for security, and for legal obligations.

After an account deletion request, data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, except data we must keep because of a legal obligation or to prevent abuse.

8. Deleting the account and data

You can delete the account directly in the app (Settings → Delete account). For help deleting data, contact us at noreak.digital@gmail.com.

Deletion covers data linked to your account, except data that must be kept for legal or security reasons.

9. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may have the right to:

• request access to your data,
• request correction of inaccurate data,
• request deletion of data,
• restrict processing in certain cases,
• lodge a complaint with a competent authority.

10. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and is not offered in the “Designed for Families” program or children's categories. It contains ads, in-app purchases, and online play with other users.

If you believe a child's data has been processed without a lawful basis, contact us so we can review it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect the law or changes to the app.
